Q: Can I have my boat delivered to where I am staying and/or keep it overnight offsite?

A: NO. All of our boats must be returned to the marina by 6:00 P.M. every evening. You may however arrange for multi-day rentals and leave your gear on the boat during the rental period.

Q: How does the fuel charge work?

A: We provide a full tank of gas and check to see how much gas was used when you get back and charge you market value for the fuel used.

Q: Do I or my guests have to wear a life-jacket?

A: All children under 13 years of age MUST by LAW wear a US Coast Guard Approved life jacket. We do NOT provide children’s life jackets. We do provide enough ADULT vests for the maximum capacity of our boats. If you or our guests can’t swim we HIGHLY recommend those persons wear vests at all times.

Q: May I take my dog with me?

A: No. Some of our boats are carpeted and all have vinyl seats that can easily tear from animal claws. We love animals but they aren't a good fit for the boats.

Q: What do I bring?

A: Depending on what you rent will somewhat determine what to bring, but sunscreen, hat and sunglasses, and a camera are always a good idea. Having a dry bag for your phone, wallet, keys, etc. is also recommended. Remember, conditions on the water can change rapidly so make sure to bring appropriate clothing such as a rain coat and warm dry clothing.

Q: What time do we need to return to the dock?

A: All rentals must be brought back to the dock by 6:00 PM.

Q: How many people can we have on the boat?

A: All of our boats have a coast guard data plate that states the maximum weight and number of people allowed on board. All boats must not exceed these maximum guidelines. We will inform you on what these numbers are to help you pick the appropriate boat.

Q: When do we have to return?

A: ALL RENTALS MUST BE BACK AT DOCK BY 6:00 PM. Late returns will result in a doubling of your rental fee!

Q: We made an EXCESSIVE MESS of the boat. Is there an additional charge?

A: Yes...and no. If you want to clean it up yourself, we'll provide buckets, mop and soap at no charge. If we have to clean up your mess, then we will charge a $75 "PIG STY" fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your reservation (Via phone call only) 24 hours or more before your reservation start time you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel within the 24 hours before your reservation we will re-book you for a different date. If you don't show for your reservation you are not entitled to any refund.
